How does Smart Credit Allocation work?

Credits are consumed based on the complexity of discovering and analyzing opportunities, allowing resources to be focused where they create the most value.

Why does Agenmatic use credits instead of fixed usage limits?

Every user works differently. Some users filter thousands of leads and rarely use AI conversations, while others spend most of their usage on AI engagement. A shared credit system allows you to allocate usage where it provides the most value for your workflow.

How many credits does each action cost?

Currently: Lead Filtering (1 credit), AI Reply Generation (1 credit), and AI Conversation Message (1 credit). Credit costs may vary in the future as new AI capabilities are introduced.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Once your monthly credits are exhausted, AI-powered features will be temporarily unavailable until your credits reset on the next billing cycle or you upgrade to a higher plan. Your saved leads and conversation history will remain accessible.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Can I use all of my credits on a single feature?

Yes. You may choose to use all of your credits for lead filtering, AI replies, or AI conversations. There are no fixed allocations per feature.

What counts as an AI Conversation?

An AI Conversation is any AI-generated message sent during an ongoing discussion with a lead. Each generated message consumes credits according to the current pricing rules.

Why am I being charged credits for lead filtering?

Lead filtering uses AI models to analyze, score, and identify relevant opportunities. Credits are consumed only when AI processing is performed.

Will my saved leads be deleted if I exceed my storage limit?

No. Existing saved leads remain available. However, you may need to remove old leads or upgrade your plan before saving additional leads.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We only monitor public posts. All your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your information with third parties.
