Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Agenmatic, including credit packages, subscription plans, and one-time purchases. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to transparency and fairness in all refund matters.

2. Credit Refunds

Credits purchased but not yet used are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Partially used credit packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused balance, subject to an administrative processing fee of up to 5%. Once credits have been consumed by AI services, they are considered used and are non-refundable.

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly and annual subscription plans include a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of initial purchase. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund. After the cooling-off period, refunds are calculated based on the remaining unused portion of your current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions may also be converted to monthly billing at the customer's request instead of refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been fully or partially consumed by AI services
  • Expired credits or subscription benefits
  • Custom or bespoke services agreed upon outside of standard plans
  • Charges incurred due to unauthorized account access
  • Promotional or bonus credits received through referral programs or campaigns

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@agenmatic.ai with your account email, order details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Disputes & Exceptions

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by providing additional documentation or explanation. We will review your case within 5 business days. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny refund requests and suspend account access pending investigation.
